Any violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action for breach of contract, intellectual property theft, and damages.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, prompts, workflows, and outputs generated by Friday Offer Builder™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Erin Mortenson LLC.

You may not:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or publicly distribute any part of FOB.

Train external AI models with FOB outputs.

Use FOB-generated materials to create a competing product, coaching program, or AI tool.

Violators will be pursued legally for intellectual property infringement, with claims for damages, legal costs, and injunctive relief.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of this product, all sales are final.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once access has been granted, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or change of circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

4. AI Results Disclaimer

Friday Offer Builder™ is designed to provide insight and clarity based on your inputs.

Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your individual business, offers, strategy, and execution.

5. Appropriate Use

You agree to use Friday Offer Builder™ ethically and for its intended purpose: guiding your own business strategy. Misuse—including inputting inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content—may result in revoked access without refund.

6. Membership or Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

If Friday Offer Builder™ is offered as part of a recurring subscription:

Continued access is contingent on maintaining successful payments.

Failed, canceled, or incomplete payments will result in immediate revocation of access until payment is reinstated.

Re-enrollment may require payment at the then-current rate.

7. Affiliate Program Terms (If Applicable)

You must remain an active customer in good standing to be eligible for commissions.

Affiliate eligibility, links, and payouts may be modified at any time at the discretion of Erin Mortenson LLC.

Abuse, misrepresentation, or unethical promotion will result in removal from the affiliate program and potential legal action.

8. Termination of Access

Erin Mortenson LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to Friday Offer Builder™ at any time, with or without notice, for:

Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Misuse of intellectual property.

Unauthorized sharing of access or outputs.

Disruptive or unethical behavior in related communities.

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Friday Offer Builder™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida.
